We now accept orders from outside the UK and this page provides information specifically for our overseas customers.
Locations
Customers are designated as being inside the European Union (EU) or Rest of World (ROW). For the avoidance of doubt customers in the US and Canada are in the ROW group.
Tax Charges
In accordance with UK tax law, UK Value Added Tax at 17.5% will be charged where the delivery is to an address within the European Union (EU). The prices shown on the site include VAT at 17.5%.
For deliveries to ROW (i.e. outside the UK or EU) no tax will be charged. Your prices will be adjusted when you confirm the order so that no VAT is charged.
Customs
When ordering goods for delivery to ROW destinations you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Delivery and Carriage Costs
Orders outside the UK are despatched using the “Royal Mail International Signed For” service or the TNT small package service depending on the weight of the order. Fulfilment will take usually take place within five business days and transit will take a further seven to ten days. You should therefore allow 14-21 days for delivery. The costs are as follows:

For Rest of the World (ROW) customers the prices will initially show including VAT but this will be adjusted out when you confirm your order.
