I can't remember my username - how do I find it?

Your username is the email address you used to register

I've lost my password, what can I do?

You can request a password reset here

Can I change my password to something I can remember?

Yes - after you have logged in go to the My Profile page and enter your new password

I am a UK resident - can I ship goods to friends overseas?

How can I see the status of my orders?

Go to the My Orders page from the top menu. You will be asked for your username and password if you are not already logged in 

Do I need to sign up again for your other sites?

No - one login is good for all of our product sites

Can I order from multiple sites on one order?

Yes - your basket is held in your browser's cache. If, for example, you navigate from the Sarah Smith site to the Black Kite you can add products from the second store to your basket before you check out.
